Realization : Our mission was to design high standard collective housing with well-defined criteria by giving users a unique living experience in their spaces. The specifications were very detailed and very strict, which overwhelmed our design, with a limited budget in relation to the client’s needs and the commercial challenge must be respected. Our vision was to change the vision of users for buildings and collective habitats by creating spaces that respect the privacy of people and small families at the same time creating rich common spaces that accentuate contact and create an atmosphere and closer neighbors in collective spaces and activities. With its roof terrace and these well-designed outdoor spaces and the vegetation that surrounds the building and is inside the collective spaces, we have created spaces that at the same time ensure the privacy of users and accentuate collective life and positive interaction between the occupants.
